Emily Lally
Emily is a Manx born professional contemporary dancer, who is vocationally trained in both ballet and contemporary dance.
Emily began her training on the island, then joined Moorland Ballet Academy, studying the Cecchetti balletic style.
She gained her contemporary training through the University of Chichester, receiving a First Class Honours MA and BA in dance performance. Here she was part of MAPDance Company and 3Fall Dance Company, touring across the UK performing and teaching. She has worked with esteemed choreographers such as Jose Agudo, Kenneth Tindal, Yukiko Masui, Sarah Golding, Renaud Wiser and Lila Dance.
Emily has performed at Resolutions festival and at Brighton Fringe. She performed at the 2025 Festival Interceltique de Lorient as the featured dancer for Skeallyn Vannin, who she continues to dance for. She teaches at Shine Om Studio and for Platform Theatre School, where she is currently choreographing Hadestown and Matilda the Musical.
