Annual Lecture with Kevin McCloud
The Isle of Man Arts Council is delighted to announce that the special guest for their 2023 annual lecture is presenter and designer, Kevin McCloud at the Gaiety Theatre on Monday 25th September at 7:30pm.
Kevin McCloud is best known for the internationally acclaimed series “Grand Designs”, which has been running on Channel 4 for over 20 years. It is now shown around the world, and the accompanying magazine and Grand Designs Live exhibitions reach an ever bigger audience each year. In 2015, Grand Designs was awarded the BAFTA for Best Feature.
The lecture will give the audience a look into the life of one the UK’s most loved presenters and the evening will include the opportunity for the audience to ask questions directly to Kevin.
Marlene Maska, Chair of Isle of Man Arts Council said:
“After the runaway success of our 2022 lecture with Louis Theroux, we are thrilled that Kevin McCloud will be visiting the Gaiety Theatre to provide an insight to his life and work, also allowing the audience to ask questions in such an intimate setting.”
