The Creative Network announce Isle of Man Art Festival

The Isle of Man Art Festival is a bi-ennial event organised by The Creative Network.  It is an island-wide event held over three weekends in August at a variety of venues.  The 5th and 6th in the south, 12th and 13th middle (Peel and Douglas) and the 19th and 20th in the north of the island.  The Festival consists of artists' open studios, exhibitions and artists' demonstrations in a wide range of media from watercolour to wood carving with textiles, mosaics, ceramics and photography in between.

The Festival is committed to providing an enjoyable, fulfilling and inspiring experience for artists, the island community and visitors alike.

The Festival opens on the 5th August and closes on the 20th August.  Opening times are 11.00 am. to 4.00 p.m. unless stated on the website online guide.

As part of the Festival but extending beyond the three weekends we also have an exhibition at the Hodgson Loom Gallery, Laxey from the 5th August until 16th September, opening hours Mon-Sat, 10.00a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
