We are recruiting!

We are looking for an arts graduate to join the Isle of Man Arts Council as an Arts Graduate Intern!

Within this role, you will be working closely with the Arts Council, the Arts Team and members of the Isle of Man creative community to design and develop projects relating to research and development of the arts for our community.

During your internship, you will be given the opportunity and support to develop your own community project, as well as working with colleagues on existing and future projects and events. This role has a real focus on working with the community - if you enjoy getting out of the office and working in different settings, this could be the perfect role for you!The closing date for applications is 3 February 2022.

How to apply

I have met so many amazing and incredibly inspiring people during my Internship and could not have felt more welcomed into the Arts community, both inside and outside of my day job. The skills I’ve learnt and experience that I’ve gained have been beyond what I expected from an Internship and I can only say that I am so excited to now take them all with me, to build upon throughout my creative career. I would recommend going for this position to absolutely any creative who is fresh out of Uni, packed with ideas but maybe they need a little light shed on how to materialise them. Also, for any creative graduate that has all the motivation for a creative career but still feeling unsure as to what’s out there for them. This could be the job for you.
