The Villa Marina Arcade is set to come alive with festive spirit as the Isle of Man Arts Council unwraps its annual ‘Festive Arts in the Arcade’ workshops for 2025! Whether you’re after a relaxing evening with friends (and a glass of prosecco), or keen to create something magical with the family, there’s a workshop waiting for you.

Kick off the festive season with our Bubbles & Baubles evenings, running on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th November from 6 to 8pm. These relaxed sessions are designed especially for adults (18+), giving you the chance to sip prosecco and paint your own unique festive bauble, all under the expert guidance of artist Kate Summerville. Tickets are just £12 per person, with a complimentary glass of prosecco included. Spaces are limited, so make sure to book early and don’t miss out on the fun.

On Sunday 30th November, the festive magic continues with two hands-on workshops for all ages and abilities. From 10am to 12pm, you can create your own handmade festive garland with Felicity Wood Designs, perfect for adding a homemade touch to your Christmas décor. In the afternoon, from 2pm to 4pm, join Felicity again to craft a traditional Manx ‘Kissing Bush’, a Nollick Ghennal tradition with a modern twist. Each Sunday session costs just £4 per person, making these seasonal activities affordable, accessible, and bursting with festive cheer.
