We caught up with Kizzie who will be starting their course in September to tell us more about what they're most looking forward to from their first semester.
What and where will you be studying?
I will be studying the Events Management and Music Business course at BIMM Brighton.
What does receiving this award mean to you?
Receiving this award has honestly been life changing; so much stress has been lifted off my shoulders and I feel extremely honoured to have been the applicant chosen for the award. It feels as though a lot of my hard work in my chosen field is being rewarded and that is very validating!
How will this award make a difference?
This award has made a difference to me as I can go into the uni experience with support being me knowing that I won't struggle too much if there's anything that I need to help me take and finish the course.
What are you most looking forward to about your course?
The thing I'm looking forward to most about my course, weirdly, is the Event Safety aspect - I'm just excited to learn about new ways to make an event run as smoothly as I can!
