Creative Development Co-Ordinator - Youth Arts Centre

About the role and our team

Join our team as a Creative Development Co-Ordinator within Department of Education, Sport and Culture!

In this role you will manage and develop the day to day activities, events, administration, policies and procedures relating to the operation of the Youth Arts Centre, Kensington Road, Douglas.

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Planning, promoting and managing a programme of arts activity for the Youth Arts Centre
  • Contributing to the development of a marketing programme for the venue including website development, online booking procedures and social media presence
  • Managing staffing and all associated procedures, such as training, health and safety and safeguarding
